ABOUT / THE ARCHIVE
Records before theories.
DOCUMENTED NORTH is an independent research archive about Nordic history, intelligence, investigations and unresolved events. It exists to make the available record easier to inspect—not to turn uncertainty into certainty.
WHAT YOU WILL FIND
Case files, sources and the limits of what they show.
The archive brings together primary documents, official inquiries, reliable historical research and clearly marked editorial synthesis. Topics range from documented state programmes and public investigations to disputed incidents and claims that remain unresolved.
Each file is a research aid, not a substitute for the underlying record. Where possible, readers can follow the cited sources and see which questions remain open.
EDITORIAL STANDARD
Context is not proof.
A real secret programme or institutional failure does not prove a separate allegation. The SIGNAL / NOISE method labels the status of claims and connections separately, gives uncertainty a visible place, and distinguishes source material from interpretation.
